Jaeger is investing in Piła and expanding its Jaeger Polska site. With the start of construction, we are taking the next step in strengthening our presence in Poland.

Jaeger Polska is a key production and engineering hub within the Jaeger Group and is being expanded with additional manufacturing and logistics space. The project also includes new engineering offices, administrative areas, and employee facilities. At the same time, we are further enhancing our technical and digital capabilities.

This expansion increases our production capacity, brings us closer to our customers, and creates additional redundant manufacturing capabilities to further strengthen supply security and the resilience of our supply chains.

Sustainability is an integral part of the project. The new building is being constructed to energy-efficient standards and will feature a photovoltaic system as well as a fossil-free heating and cooling system.

This investment strengthens Jaeger Polska and reinforces its strategic role within the Jaeger Group.

W ramach długofalowego planu sukcesji z końcem roku Tilman Jaeger przechodzi na emeryturę, kończąc pracę na stanowisku dyrektora zarządzającego. Po ukończeniu studiów z zarządzania w 1988 r. rozpoczął pracę w Wuppertalu jako kontroler, a następnie spędził pewien czas we Francji. Od 1994 r. — jako dyrektor zarządzający — odpowiadał za różne dywizje firmy i jej filie zagraniczne, dbając o jej wzrost i rozwój. Zgodnie z dziennikarskim motto „Nic poza prawdą” lub „Mów tak, jak jest” zapewniał bezpieczeństwo, ukierunkowanie i szybkość, posługując się prostym językiem i wykazując wysokie zaangażowanie, a tym samym konsekwentnie postępując zgodnie z wizją firmy Jaeger „Ochrona. Wzmocnienie. Innowacje.”

Pożegnalne przyjęcie-niespodzianka z udziałem najbliższych współpracowników, rodziny akcjonariuszy oraz długoletnich towarzyszy odbyło się na początku grudnia w #Visiondrom w Wuppertalu oraz w Visitec w Jaeger.

Poza wieloma działaniami i zadaniami na niwie prywatnej Tilman pozostanie związany z rodzinną firmą Jaeger jako jej udziałowiec, a od połowy 2024 r. jako członek Rady Nadzorczej.
